How do I make an online purchase?
Buying at www.workflex.es is as simple as choosing the model, size and color you want and adding it to the shopping cart. You can “continue shopping”, if you want to add more products to your cart, or “go to the checkout” to proceed with the payment. Login or register if it is your first purchase and in just 48 hours you will be enjoying your new Workflex shoes.
How many pairs of shoes can I buy in one order?
You can buy the pairs of shoes you want in a single order, as long as the total amount of the shoe does not exceed € 300. For higher amounts, you must carry out two complete purchase processes, or those that are necessary.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, you can proceed to cancel your purchase as long as we have not made the shipment, since at that time the payment will have already been made. In case of not being able to make the cancellation, the return would be made with its corresponding refund.

Can I modify my order once purchased?
You can modify your order by accessing your user account before shipping and payment become effective.
What is the shipping charge?
Shipping costs are free for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
How long do store shipments take
Once you have processed your order, you will receive your shoes at home or at the address you indicate within 24/48 hours.
What guarantee do we offer you?
At Workflex we guarantee the quality of our products and take care of any manufacturing defect. In case of consultation or claim, contact the customer service department by sending an email to web@workflex.es
Why am I not receiving your emails?
If you have made a purchase and do not receive the confirmation email, it is possible that our emails are going directly to the spam or spam email folder, instead of appearing directly in the inbox.

Why can't I find the model or size I'm looking for?
To offer you an optimal shopping experience, only the models, colors and sizes that are currently available for immediate sale are visible in our online store.

How many days do I have to make a return?
In accordance with the requirements of Law 3/2014 for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the return period is 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the order.

None. Transportation costs, both at the time of shipment and in case of return, are free for you.

Can I make a change or return of a product purchased online on the platform www.workflex.es in a physical store where brand shoes are sold?
No. Although Workflex has a large presence in multi-brand shoe stores throughout the national territory, they are completely independent of our online store, so shipments, exchanges or returns of products from it will not be accepted.

Do I need to register to make a purchase?
To buy in our online store, you must have previously created a user account. It will only take a few minutes and you will only have to do it before making your first purchase, so that in subsequent purchases the process will be very agile and simple, since you will not have to enter any personal data, just enter your account with your name username and password.
